Ingredients:
Garlic (Poondu) - 8 cloves cut into thin pieces

Coriander pdr - 1 tsp

1. Heat oil in a pan, splutter the mustard and cumin seeds. Add vendaya podi
2. Add the redchilly,onion, garlic and saute

4. Add the tamarind paste. Add little water
5. Cook till the oil oozes out
