Ingredients:
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 bunch
Rice - cooked - 1 cup
Gr.chillies - 3
Ginger - a small piece
Broken cashewnuts - 10
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 2tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Grind gr.chillies, coriander leaves and ginger into a smooth paste
2. Heat ghee in a pan
3. Splutter mustard, fry the cashews
4. Add the paste, salt & fry well till the raw smell goes off
5. Add the paste to the rice and mix well

Potato fry goes well with this rice
